Are you ready to take to the skies? This summer, young aviation enthusiasts will have the opportunity to design, build, and fly their very own remote-control (RC) airplanes! Our exciting RC Airplane Camp is the perfect way to learn about aerodynamics, engineering, and flight simulation—all while having a blast outdoors. Whether you’re new to flying or already have experience, this camp is packed with hands-on activities and thrilling flight challenges that will keep you engaged from start to finish.
Who Can Join?
This camp is open to kids ages 10 and up who are eager to explore the world of aviation and remote-control technology. No prior experience is needed—just a passion for learning and a love for flying!
What You’ll Do at Camp
Build Your Own Airplane ✈️
Campers will start by assembling their very own RC airplane using a beginner-friendly kit. With step-by-step guidance from our instructors, you’ll put together a high-speed plane and even get the chance to customize it with your own unique design.
Learn the Science of Flight 🛠️
Ever wondered how airplanes stay in the air? We’ll dive into the principles of aerodynamics, covering topics like lift, drag, thrust, and stability. Through fun and interactive lessons, you’ll gain a solid understanding of how flight works and what makes an airplane soar.
Master Remote Control Skills 🎮
Before taking to the skies, campers will train on flight simulators to develop their hand-eye coordination and flying techniques. Once confident, you’ll put your skills to the test with real RC airplane flights, learning how to take off, maneuver, and land safely.
Repair and Troubleshoot 🔧
Every great pilot knows how to maintain their aircraft! You’ll learn how to repair and troubleshoot common issues, from fixing minor crashes to optimizing your plane for better performance.
