Data Science Training Workshop
CP Mentorship successfully held its Data Science Training Workshop on July 19, 2026, at the Google Visitor Experience in Mountain View. The workshop, presented in partnership with Women in Data Science, introduced students to the exciting world of data science through hands-on learning and interactive activities.
Throughout the workshop, students learned the basics of data science, including how data is collected, organized, and analyzed to solve real-world problems. They explored how data is used in everyday life and discovered how it supports important decisions in fields such as healthcare, business, education, and technology.
The event encouraged students to ask questions, think critically, and build confidence while learning new concepts. Guided by experienced mentors and volunteers, participants worked together, explored practical examples, and gained a better understanding of how data science can create positive change.
The workshop was a great opportunity for students to experience STEM in a fun, welcoming, and beginner-friendly environment. Many participants left with new knowledge, fresh ideas, and greater interest in technology and future careers in science and engineering.
CP Mentorship extends its sincere thanks to all of the students, parents, mentors, volunteers, and partners who made this workshop possible. Every participant helped create an engaging and inspiring learning experience.
Thank you to everyone who joined this special event. CP Mentorship looks forward to providing more hands-on educational programs that encourage curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning.
