AI Chatbot for FCSN

The project aims to develop an AI-powered chatbot for the non-profit organization Friends of Children with Special Needs (FCSN) that supports individuals with special needs and their families.

This customized chatbot operates 24/7 on the FCSN website as a virtual agent, delivering real-time, accurate responses to user inquiries with direct links to relevant information. It reduces staffing costs, saves time, and enhances accessibility for families of individuals with special needs.
